Consisting of 12 Luncheon forks (7-1/4"), 11 Dinner forks (7-3/4"), 12 Cream soup spoons (5-7/8"), 12 dessert forks/salad forks (6-3/8"), 10 butter spreaders (6-1/4"), 12 teaspoons (5-7/8"), 12 luncheon knives (9"), 12 dinner knives with stainless blades (9-5/8"). 107.64 troy ounces weighable and approx. 18 ounces for dinner and luncheon knives. Total weight 125.64 troy ounces.

Acanthus leaf lower body. Heraldic crests on cap and body. "Sic Fiden Teneo" and eagle head. 10-3/4" h. 10" w. 119.275 Troy Ounces.

Includes. 12 Cream Soups (8" long). 17 Tea Spoons (6" long). 4 Butters (6" long). 6 three-tine Fish Forks (6-1/2" long). 12 four-tine luncheon forks (7" long). 6 Dinner Forks (8" long). 12 Solid Silver hollow cast fish knives (7-1/2" long). 4 two piece Carving Sets (longest knife- 13-3/4"). 6 Dinner knives with original blades (10-1/4" long). All pieces monogrammed MCD for Marion C. Dix of New York. All pieces dated April 9, 1902 except for the 12 Fish knives. 120 troy ounces plus approx. 5 ounces for the two carving sets. N.B. Marion C. Nix was a survivor of the S.S. Narragansett Paddle Steamer disaster that burned and sank on June 11, 1880. All of her children perished on board the ship.

6: Late 19th century Austrian hand painted porcelain plaque depicting a courting couple in Classical dress. Artist signed- Mohau lower right front. Titled "Liebes Fruhling" on reverse. Marked- Vienna Austria. Plaque size- 9-3/4" x 7-3/4". Framed. Overall size- 13" x 11". Traces of gilt along front edge of plaque from previous frame.

6A: Charles Storer. 1903. Orchids floral stillife painting. Oil on canvas. S.D.L.R. Framed. 1" x 1" tear abrasion left center. Slight craquelure. Heavy varnish in places. Needs cleaning. Sight size- 22" x 16". Overall size- 28"x 21".

7: Six piece enameled silver gilt desk set with apricot color ground and floral garland decoration. Marked 935. Inkwell: 6-1/4" x 5-1/2". Tray: 7-1/4" long. Notebook: 4" x 3". Blotter: 3-1/2". Bell and seal. Seal with enamel loss.

13: Silver Claret Jug of French origin.. Circa 1890. Having three hallmarks. One on hinged lid, one on main body and one on base depicting Minerva. The hinged lid having raised rose and leaf design. The neck/spout having bow knot and acanthus leaf and openwork decoration. The bulbous glass body with faceted and intaglio cut overlapping leaf design. The silver base having openwork, swag-garland and leaf design resting upon round base. Excellent condition, no damage or imperfections evident. 12" high. Base diameter- 4".

14: Antique Émile Gallé pink ground Cameo glass carved stick vase with leaf and floral branch decoration of brown and green colors. Signed near base. 11-1/2" high.

15: Edinburgh Scotland Silver four piece teaset with floral repousse and shelled ground decoration. Gilt interior. 1830-1. A & E Makers mark. 87 ozt.
