Colonial era Club Butt Fowler. 78-3/4" overall .76 Cal. 63-1/2" octagon to round with baluster ring, smooth bore BBL. 6-3/4"x1-1/4" Banana lock with a brideless pan. Sheet brass Butt Plate with a one step pointed finial. Furniture appears to be Dutch and English style. "IV" on trigger guard. Raised carving around BBL tang. Retains original Ram Rod with worm. Condition: Yellowed varnish. Wood loss along BBL channel both sides full length, forestock broken off at 1st BBL pin, and other pins missing. Wood loss and repair around lock plate. Butt Plate worn and finial broken off at rear trigger guard.
