Exceedingly Rare Henry Nock Volley Musket. 36-3/4" overall approx .52 Cal. 20-1/4" seven smooth bore BBLs with a tombstone tang. 5-1/2"x1-1/8" lockplate stamped "TOWER" with a Crown engraved at tang of lock and an inspection stamp below pan. Each BBL has inspection stamps or proof marks at the breech. Original Ram Rod with threads. This survivor is in untouched condition without any repairs, conversion, or replaced parts. An historic piece of Revolutionary War Flintlock history. Dunn collection notes have this gun in the collection prior to 1941. Condition: Old yellow varnish throughout gun. Bruising on stock from use and small wood chips and hairline crack at breech understock and at lock tang. Trigger guard screw slots are worn from use.
