William Bowman charges to the Town of Roxbury Massachusetts 2 pounds. 10 Shillings, and 6 Pence for his time and expenses in procuring clothing for the Army in the year 1780 as well as officers services. He is not paid until March of 1786. Signed by William Bowman, Joseph Ruggles, John Davis, Joseph Williams, and John Spooner the Selectman of Roxbury. Measures 8" x 4-1/4"
